As per our "taken as labeled" guarantee, up to 2 empty/partially used pouches from your order will be accepted with your return. All other pouches must be returned unopened, undamaged, and seals intact within 60 days from the date of delivery to receive a full refund (less S&H). 

You DO NOT need an RMA# to return the order. Instead, please include your packing slip inside your package. OR if you do not have your packing slip, please include your full name, email address, and mailing address INSIDE THE PACKAGE with the merchandise you are returning so we can match up the return to the correct account for the credit. OR, you can print off your ClickBank email invoice and include that in the package.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Please do not use "REFUSED/RETURN TO SENDER" shipments as they are not guaranteed to be returned by the carrier (USPS/DHL/FedEx) and may effect your refund eligibility. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 3 - 5 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise.

How does my Java Burn order ship?

You can review your order status at  https://orders.javaburncares.com/

We will ship your Java Burn order directly to your home or office using a premium carrier such as FedEx SmartPost, UPS, or UPS Mail Innovations/USPS

Once your order dispatches from our fulfillment center to the carrier, you will receive a shipment notification email that contains your tracking number. After 24 hours, you will be able to track your order to delivery with the carrier and that tracking number. That way you can PERSONALLY track the order to delivery.
